@ndrsbdnr That’s the part people don’t talk about enough. When things are on fire, the next step is obvious. The real test is showing up on the quiet days when progress is slow, feedback is scarce, and the outcome is still uncertain.

The hardest part of building a startup isn't the product. It's the Wednesday morning when nothing is on fire and you have to decide, again, to show up. No alarm. No boss. Just you and the question: "Is this actually going anywhere?" I've stopped trying to answer it. I just show up.
