Shipping sources report receiving messages, allegedly from the Iranian Navy, stating the Strait of Hormuz is closed and will remain so until military operations in Lebanon cease. This represents a significant escalation, directly threatening a critical global energy chokepoint.

Nobody is telling you how FUCKED the Hormuz situation actually is right now. Everyone saw the ceasefire headline. Oil PLUNGED 19% — the biggest single-day drop since 2020. Nobody is telling you it lasted TWELVE HOURS. Let that sink in. 💀 Iran re-closed Hormuz citing Israel's 100+ strikes on Lebanon 💀 112 killed in ONE Israeli strike — the deadliest of the war 💀 Iran is now "mulling withdrawal from the ceasefire entirely" 💀 Iranian armed forces are already IDENTIFYING TARGETS inside Israel 💀 150+ vessels were stranded at the PEAK of the last closure ⚠️ Ship traffic collapsed from 150 per day to fewer than 20 ⚠️ The IEA called the first closure the worst oil disruption since 1973 A friend of mine who trades energy commodities told me last night: "Everyone loaded short on the ceasefire. Now they're scrambling." That's when I knew this was going to reverse. They're showing you "ceasefire achieved." They're NOT showing you that the ceasefire collapsed before the second tanker even cleared the strait. the update i'm working on tonight is going to change how you see all of this.. make sure you're following.

"TWO WEEKS TO SLOW THE SPREAD." "TWO WEEKS TO NEGOTIATE PEACE." THE GOVERNMENT'S FAVOURITE LIE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A TIMELINE. March 2020. Two weeks to flatten the curve. Stay home. Protect the vulnerable. Control the spread. It will be over soon. Two weeks became two months. Two months became two years. Emergency powers expanded. Businesses closed permanently. Trillions were printed. Inflation exploded. And the people who questioned the timeline were called dangerous. Now it is April 2026. Five weeks of airstrikes on Iran. 13,000 sorties. Oil up 40%. Gasoline up 57 cents. Diesel at $5.45. Strait of Hormuz closed. The global economy buckling under the weight of an energy shock that is repricing everything you buy. And the solution? A "two-week ceasefire." Hours before the deadline, the president posted "a whole civilization will die tonight." Two hours later, he announced a pause. Iran says its hands are still on the trigger. Israel says the ceasefire doesn't cover Lebanon. Both sides are calling it a victory. Neither side has agreed on what was actually agreed to. The 10-point proposal from Iran demands the lifting of ALL sanctions, removal of US forces from the region, reparations, and the right to continue enriching uranium. The US wants the opposite of every single one of those things. This is not a ceasefire. This is a timeout dressed as diplomacy. The pattern is always the same. A crisis emerges. The government says it will be brief. Emergency measures are temporary. Two weeks. Then the weeks stretch. The powers expand. The money gets printed. The cost gets passed to you. And anyone who noticed the pattern last time gets told "this is different." It is never different. Two weeks to slow the spread became the largest expansion of government spending in modern history. Two weeks to negotiate peace will become the justification for a $1.5 trillion defense budget, another wave of borrowing, and another round of inflation you pay for at the grocery store for years to come. They don't need you to believe the timeline. They just need you to accept the first two weeks.

Unplanned oil outages went from 2 mb/d to 9.3 mb/d overnight. 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia offline 🇮🇶 Iraq offline 🇰🇼 Kuwait offline 🇮🇷 Iran disrupted 9.3 million barrels a day, gone. This isn't a supply adjustment. It's the largest unplanned production outage in OPEC history. And the EIA doesn't even forecast these. Because nobody planned for this. ‼️🇮🇷🇸🇦 MAIN SAUDI ARABIAN PIPELINE ATTACKED Saudi Arabia's most important oil pipeline, which transports oil bypassing the Strait of Hormuz, has been attacked — FT ▪️ Iran attacked the key "East-West" oil pipeline in Saudi Arabia, which connects the east and west of the country and transports oil from the Persian Gulf to the Red Sea bypassing the Strait of Hormuz. ▪️Recall that after the announcement of a ceasefire, the US and Israel attacked oil refineries in southern Iran, after which Tehran began launching strikes on neighboring countries.

Reminder, Speaker Ghalibaf was the MOST pro-US alignment source in Iranian leadership. He was who the US had hoped to back channel with early on. It’s significant that he is the one publicly denouncing the ceasefire due to violations. As it shows the US has lost even more trust with Iran. This will make negotiations much more complicated - if not impossible.

CEASEFIRE DEAD IN 12 HOURS. IRAN RE-CLOSED THE STRAIT OF HORMUZ. Here's what nobody is telling you: Netanyahu SABOTAGED the deal the same day it was announced. He went on camera and said "Lebanon is NOT included in the ceasefire." Then Israel launched 100 strikes in 10 MINUTES. The heaviest bombardment of the entire war. Hezbollah had PAUSED its attacks under the ceasefire. They stood down. Israel escalated anyway. Hundreds killed and wounded in Lebanon in a single hour. Iran had one choice left: close Hormuz again. 20 million barrels of oil per day flow through that strait. That's 20% of everything the world uses. Only 2 tankers crossed before Iran shut it back down. Both sides are claiming victory. The ceasefire collapsed before the ink dried. Nobody won anything. the thread i'm putting together on this is going to break timelines.. follow so you see it first.

"Under these circumstances, there is no meaning to either a mutual ceasefire or negotiations." #TheStraitRemainsRestricted
Middle East Observer@ME_Observer_

⚡️ Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf: From the beginning, we have been following the ongoing process with distrust, and as expected, the United States has once again violated its commitments even before negotiations began. As the President of the United States clearly stated, the ten-point initiative presented by the Islamic Republic of Iran is the basis, the approved practical framework, and the fundamental ground for these talks. However, three clauses of this proposal have been breached so far: 1. Failure to adhere to the first clause of the ten-point initiative regarding a ceasefire in Lebanon; a commitment that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif explicitly referred to and declared as "an immediate ceasefire everywhere, including Lebanon and other areas, effective immediately." 2. The entry of an aggressive drone into Iranian airspace, which was destroyed in the city of "Lar" in Fars province, constitutes a blatant violation of the clause concerning the prohibition of any new aggression against Iranian airspace. 3. Denial of acceptance of Iran's right to enrichment, which was stipulated in the sixth clause of this framework. And now, even that "basic framework for negotiation" has been openly and flagrantly violated in three of its key clauses even before negotiations have begun. Under these circumstances, there is no meaning to either a mutual ceasefire or negotiations.
