@rainSouthAfrica why am i connected to a 4g tower 4km away? There is 5g tower 1km away why does my 5g disconnect? I pay for 5g bt it disconnects n falls back to 4g, this 4g is unusable, so before i leave, i need u to know that i tried, what do u recommend i do now?

@rainSouthAfrica Thank you @rainSouthAfrica for helping me sort out my network issues, sorry to upload late i was downloading some games, i followed the instructions in the DMs and after a few minutes my 5G was working again, im so happy 😊

@rainSouthAfrica I waited for the call n no 1 called me, so i called them n they can't connect me to the 5g tower, i think I've done all i could to stay with @rainSouthAfrica but nothing is changing, disappointed ☹️
