At the moment, sometimes I feel so emotionally exhausted, in limbo, & with no obvious solutions or ways to rest.
Then other times I feel really energised; alongside others, connecting in a caring space, & creating a sense of possibility for who knows what.
Tired, & wide awake.

Exactly this. We used the #wellbeing huddle guide that we shared in our @AQuA_NHS #KXLearningLab this morning; for me it was emotional, cathartic and powerful. I didn't expect fixing but I valued the space to express myself. I am blessed to work with a brilliant, kind, funny team

Absolutely agree with this - there is no 100% safe option. We need to consider the balance of all risks, which is not an easy or simple thing to do and I think it's a good start to at least discuss that more openly blogs.bmj.com/bmj/2020/06/02…
