Isolation tip: Isolation doesn’t mean that we can’t continue to communicate. Make sure you take advantage of the fab technology we have at our fingertips such as Zoom, Whereby and the many social media platforms there are to be had, for video calls and general catching up!

Social media tip: Make sure your social media profiles are up to date. Now is the time more people are using social media so having as much info on you as possible is vital!

Business tip: It may be tempting now to lower your prices but keep them as they are, it's harder to build yourself back up once you reduce your prices. Instead, try and find a different way of helping those in need, rather than looking straight to your prices.

Networking tip: Do ask questions, this can be a great way to get to know fellow attendees, so for example ask someone what they do, have they had a nice day, why do they do what they do etc
