If i'm following the congressional GOP position, the ballroom, which was to be paid for with private dollars, will now be paid for with taxpayer dollars in order to, in part, accommodate an event that won't even be held there.

I’m always for more civility & decency in our civic discourse. But that doesn’t mean I need to accept disingenuous lectures from folks who spent the past decade othering anyone who doesn’t agree with them as “Un-American.”

Shawn’s whole argument depends on removing every bit of context from both quotes. Jeffries was talking about redistricting. Trump was speaking to a crowd he wanted sent to the Capitol while Congress was certifying the election. That’s not “the Left’s rules.” That’s basic reading comprehension.

I hope Kimmel does a montage of all the despicable things trump has said over the last 10 years while wearing a green jacket that reads “I really don’t care. Do u?”
