@OmarKelly It wouldn't hurt to drive competition and if they dont perform cut them before final roster. Could have signed each top player at each position and waited to see if they did anything.

Think about how many CFL imports since Cam Wake came to the Dolphins and failed. But AAF players are supposed to prop up this team’s talent base?

@schadjoe Sad day...not sure why we let our top talent leave all the time. Thought this regime would be different. Not impressed so far. This one is upsetting as a lifelong Dolphins fan.

And Duke Johnson is on the trade market too. I’m told he’d like to be a Dolphins player but Miami isn’t biting. We’ll see if they change their tune as free agency progresses. I’m a Duke Johnson fan.

@USNBuckeyeBG @jbook37 I agree the elite Jobs in CFB are much more enticing. Not to mention the NFL HC turnover of 1 and done is pretty consistent these days. CFB has more excitement and longer tenure for the most part.

Justin Fields should be eligible based on the specified transfer rules. Tate Martell, on the other hand, shouldn’t. It can be about playing time, but there also was a legit reason for Fields to file his waiver. Martell claiming Meyer’s suspension is the reason shouldn’t fly.
