A historic first at SJEHG: five operating rooms running simultaneously! Three in Jerusalem, one in Hebron, and one in Nablus — all in action at the same time for the first time ever. Incredible teamwork across all sites!

Proud to share that after a 5-day JCI survey, both our Jerusalem & Hebron Hospitals have met the standards for re-accreditation (2025–2028)! Huge thanks to our teams for this outstanding achievement!

The 5th JCI inspection at SJEHG has officially started today and will continue through Friday, 27th June. So far, is going extremely well!

Ophthalmic surgery has officially started today at our NEW Nablus Day Hospital! Three surgeries were performed successfully. An excellent kickoff by our amazing team!

Since the start of the war in Gaza some 18 months ago, we have resumed work at the outpatient department of the St John Eye Hospital in the Gaza City. More than 59 patients have been treated on the first day. We hope this is the start of a peaceful era.

After a long period of interruption we are most proud to announce our teams have performed the first major eye surgery in Gaza today. This is an exciting start! Thanks to our dedicated team of doctors and nurses who continue to give hope to the most needy people.

In Stockholm where the Swedish Priory of St John continue to provide amazing support to the St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital Group.

Renovation of outpatient clinics at our Gaza Hospital has been completed. We should commence services at the Hospital next week. Thanks to all our dedicated teams who have been working in Gaza for more than one year under extraordinary conditions.

We are delighted to announce that work has begun at the St John Eye Hospital Group- Nablus. Today and so far more than 18 patients have received their care in this hospital. A fantastic day and an exciting start.
