No common path towards carbon neutrality according to @Al_Papadopoulou . Each local authority based on its specificities, has to overcome the challenges it faces. Avoiding carbon lock in and maladaptation is key at this planning stage.

From 29 March the @eucityfacility is commencing a second call for municipalities in order to obtain funding for sustainable energy projects.
