One of the biggest weaknesses in high school & college athletes is their diet. If you want to gain weight & build muscle, you better start eating intentionally. Food is fuel. You can’t eat like a bird if you want to play like a bull! Training & rest is key, but nutrition is king!

@JR_Sandlin this kids a baller coach. WR with Speed, hands, playmaker on both sides of the field. Check him out when you get a minute. I got to kick a lot of extra points after some good touchdowns he made last year. Plays soccer and scores a lot of goals too. All around athlete.
