Die meisten Leute setzen die Frage "willst du x verbieten?" geistig gleich mit "willst du, dass x verschwindet?". Sie sind nicht gleich! Ein Verbot ist kein Zauber, sondern ein bürokratischer Prozess. Wie soll der gestaltet sein? Welche Nebenwirkungen und Kosten hat er? Komplex!

In 1897, Britain tried an "ingenious” way to control the tribes of the North-West Frontier.
