YSL Trial Update: Damekion Garlington, aka sxarfaxe, took a non-negotiated alford plea today. Originally charged with murder (shymell drinks) and attempted murder, both charges were reduced to aggravated assault for this plea. Judge Whitaker will sentence him tomorrow.
