Made a presentation at a retirement community on Brambleton Ave today, and thought that the house that I grew up in on Pinevale Rd was directly behind the nursing home (it wasn’t!). Climbing up the hill was easy, but coming down was tedious! Didn’t know I was being photographed!

Now that I am back, I am curious about what we should talk about. Executive & Leadership Coaching, Teaching Med students, directing coaching program for med students, or the book I am writing? Let me know by clicking a choice below

Well, it has been FOREVER since I posted here on X. Actually, I have never posted on X, only on Twitter. So, had to go through all sorts of trouble to prove I was actually me. Yup. It's me. Hope all my buds are doing well. Would love to hear from you.

Well, I have not posted anything here in several years. Wondering whether any of my followers remain. If you see this, please reply. Otherwise, I will likely close my account. I would love to know how you are doing.

The natural immunity you gain after being infected with Covid is good, but vaccine protection is better. Getting vaccinated reinforces your body's defenses and reduces your risk of reinfection.
