@danielsgoldman Glad you finally found your moral compass. Now turn around and revisit all of your stances on that “state” no one shall speak of lest they be labeled antiseptic.

Let’s be crystal clear — Donald Trump is not well. He is openly plotting war crimes on social media. Destroying Iranian cultural sites & civilian infrastructure is a blatant violation of international law. This war must end now. Not another dollar.

💢 In his reporting and documentary Pistachio Wars, Yasha Levine details how California billionaires Lynda and Stewart Resnick funneled millions to Israel-linked institutions — including direct donations to the Israeli military via American Friends of the IDF — while their pistachio empire grew alongside policies that weakened Iran, their largest global competitor. ➤ In the first week of the U.S.-Israeli war, strikes targeted facilities tied to Iran’s pistachio industry in Rafsanjan, a global production hub long central to that competition. ➤ Tax records show $2.4M in donations to Israeli military-linked groups from 2015–2022, with additional millions to institutions tied to Israeli intelligence and the occupation More ⬇️

💢 REPORT | Opening Strikes in U.S.-Israeli Bombing Campaign Targeted Heart of Iran’s Pistachio Trade Iran was once the world’s leading pistachio producer. Today, USDA data show the U.S., led by California, accounts for roughly 65% of global output, while Iran’s share has fallen to about 18%. In the first week of the war, reports and geolocated satellite imagery indicated strikes in and around Rafsanjan, the heart of Iran’s pistachio sector, including apparent damage to pistachio warehouse facilities near the airport. The Resnick family, owners of The Wonderful Company and dominant players in California’s pistachio industry, have used political influence to secure vast water rights in drought-stricken regions, at the expense of local communities. The 2025 documentary Pistachio Wars examines their longstanding backing of pro-Israel lobbying groups, arguing that hawkish policies toward Iran align with their commercial interests, as weakening a key global competitor benefits their bottom line. 🎥 Pistachio Wars (2025) trailer.

The C.I.A. director used one word to describe the Israeli prime minister’s regime change scenarios: “farcical.” At that point, Mr. Rubio cut in. “In other words, it’s bullsh*t,” he said - NYT

Ghoncheh Habibiazad has responded to why she included a supposed quote from an "Iranian" who said he wants Iran to be "levelled" and nuked, then removed the quote after I pointed it out. She blocked me, which violates BBC social media policy. This is career-ending journalistic malpractice. The BBC must immediately fire her for failing to uphold the most minimal, basic journalistic standards.

holy shit, the BBC just edited the passage from their anonymous "Iranian source" and removed the begging for being left without electricity, water and being nuked to death. So they admitted to fabricating the quote without any formal correction. This is utterly insane

Ghoncheh Habibiazad is mass-blocking anyone who exposes her genocide-laundering propaganda: x.com/zei_squirrel/s…. And to be clear, the note the BBC attached to that article is utterly deranged. They admit while attempting to downplay that the quote was fabricated, "concerns over the way the speaker expressed his views", and then add they also had concerns over the extent it "reflects wider Iranian viewpoints". Why does the latter matter if the quote is fabricated and does not reflect what this supposed Iranian "source" said? And why did you still keep him as a source in the piece at all if that is the case, again assuming he exists and was not entirely made up in the deranged monarchist fever-dreams of Ghoncheh Habibiazad? And if that is the standard you use in deciding what source you added, how do you know that your other "sources" reflect a wider Iranian viewpoint? Oh right, that's decided by your CIA-Mossad agents like Ghoncheh and the Zionist editor Raffi Berg (see x.com/Lowkey0nline/s…). None of this makes any sense, and it is not supposed to. The BBC desperately went looking around for obfuscating language to attempt to justify the unjustifiable: The fact that their key Senior Reporter on Iran, who has run all their major Iran coverage for many months now, fabricated a quote to justify and launder a nuclear holocaust in Iran. Once again, minimal journalistic standards and ethics demand that Ghoncheh Habibiazad and all the editors involved in the publication of that piece be fired immediately.

💢📰 REPORT | New reporting from NYT reveals how Trump decided to go to war with Iran — after a closed-door Israeli pitch and despite deep internal divisions inside his own team. At a secret Feb. 11 Situation Room meeting, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu presented a four-part pitch for regime change, including a video montage of potential replacement leaders such as Reza Pahlavi. JD Vance was absent, stuck in Azerbaijan. Appearing alongside Mossad chief David Barnea and military officials, Netanyahu argued: Iran’s ballistic missile program could be destroyed in weeks. The regime would be too weak to close the Strait of Hormuz. Street protests — fomented with Mossad help — could trigger an uprising. Kurdish fighters from Iraq could open a ground front in the northwest. Trump’s response: “Sounds good to me.” Trump’s response: “Sounds good to me.” The next day, U.S. intelligence pushed back sharply. CIA Director John Ratcliffe called the regime-change scenario “farcical,” with Secretary of State Marco Rubio adding: “In other words, it’s bullshit.” Gen. Dan Caine told the president: “This is, in my experience, standard operating procedure for the Israelis. They oversell, and their plans are not always well-developed.” Trump dismissed regime change as “their problem” — but remained focused on targeting Iran’s leadership and military. By Feb. 26, in a final Situation Room meeting, opposition inside the room was clear but fractured. Vice President JD Vance warned the war could spiral and drain U.S. resources, but ultimately said: “You know I think this is a bad idea… but I’ll support you.” Rubio said regime change was unrealistic, but destroying Iran’s missile program was achievable. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth was the biggest proponent of war and backed immediate action. Military leadership outlined risks, including depleted munitions and the threat to Hormuz, but all stopped short of opposing the plan. Key officials responsible for managing the fallout, like the Treasury Secretary, and DNI Gabbard were notably absent. Trump went around the table asking advisors their view, then made the call: “I think we need to do it.” The strikes began two days later.

Very troubling discussion on today's Breaking Points of how @GhonchehAzad is apparently fabricating quotes for the BBC, inventing Iranians who are begging for their own country to be NUKED. One strike and you're out when it comes to faking sources. That's the industry standard.

This would be a good time for: a.) STRATCOM commanders who implement orders to fire nuclear missiles to read up on Nuremberg and prosecutions for obeying orders to commit war crimes; and b.) for cabinet members to reread the 25th Amendment and have each other on speed dial.
