I once asked a friend of mine who defends homosexuality under the pretext that “adults can do as they wish” a simple question, one that left him visibly shaken.
He has a 15-year-old daughter, so I asked, “How would you feel, or what would you do, if your daughter at 25 came to you and said she had sexual feelings for you?”
He immediately snapped, saying he would “kill” her, and his tone changed sharply. He then turned on me, asking why I’d pose such a “stupid question,” and spent the next hour cursing in anger.
I simply looked at him, sighed, and kept quiet. But deep down, I couldn’t help thinking, aren’t adults supposed to feel and act however they wish?😂🙌

Dear fellow Ugandans, Today I stand before you as living proof that someone like me can be naturally gay not influenced or recruited by anyone. I am living evidence that a gay person is not necessarily wealthy, as many assume, and that someone like me can be gay and live in Uganda without causing harm to others. As LGBTQ Ugandans, we are not asking for special treatment or privileges. We simply ask to live free from fear, harm, and death because of who we are. I am gay, and there are many others like me. However, because of the fear they carry, they cannot come forward. If they did, many would lose their jobs, their families, and everything they have built in their lives.

Buganda will never forget..
In September 2009, Museveni blocked Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II from visiting Kayunga District, part of his kingdom. Peaceful protests followed, but security forces responded with lethal force.
Over 40 Baganda were killed, to this day, the families of the victims have not received justice and many are still rotting in jail
