Mike, I need to find a local contractor for a concrete floor resurfacing of a 1947 back room I am turning into an apartment. Hope you have a knowledgable follower / student that might help because I have been unsuccessful. Only replies are dig it up and repour. Location is Four Oaks, NC. Any help appreciated.
