BINANCE WINS A major legal development for the crypto industry A U.S. federal court has dismissed every claim brought against Binance in a large Anti-Terrorism Act lawsuit involving allegations tied to 64 terrorist attacks EVERY COUNT WAS DISMISSED after the court conducted a detailed legal review In its analysis, the judge found that plaintiffs failed to show that Binance: ➤ Assisted terrorists in any way ➤ Associated itself with terrorist attacks ➤ Participated in or sought the success of those attacks ➤ Conspired with any terrorist organization In other words, the allegations that Binance enabled terrorism did not hold up in court This ruling matters beyond a single case It demonstrates that serious claims must be supported by evidence, and that courts - not narratives - determine the facts After extensive judicial scrutiny, the court found the allegations lacked sufficient basis to proceed It also reinforces something Binance has consistently stated: compliance and preventing illicit activity remain core priorities, and the platform does not enable terrorism This outcome sends a clear signal across the industry: Meritless litigation can be challenged and defeated through the legal process @binance
