$SPX - gut feel tells me this could go lower first. i havent traded this in a while cause its been choppy and i just avoid when its a mess will avoid till i have crystal clear plan but for now it seems a little heavy to me if we do get a sell off then either arrow will be my trigger. till then i will resume shitposting pissing off the emiratis and ct folk that ignore the sudan genocide

$BTC - this is just for swing bottom confirmation plays which i outlined in review...till either happens we could still go lower or chop arrows are where my swing long triggers would be for swing plays. till then i will just short term trade within the range

#Bitcoin broke BACK down through the MACRO .5 support at $64.4k and could be starting/finishing its 5th wave soon! Watching this level very closely!
I still see major support building right at a double bottom at $59.9k-$60.5k. It's possible #BTC gets a strong reaction around this level... possibly coming back up to test $64.4k as resistance and then one more low to ~$52k afterwards- this will be remeasured as it gets closer! Watch the RSI as the next drop develops! #BTC

For the S&P, which we know whatever stocks do, crypto will follow. On the weekly and monthly it also looks a little scary. 6000-6500 are the levels I am eyeing, a healthy correction to continue this uptrend, if it was to continue those are the levels i can see playing out.

Posted chart in my discord, back in December. Made that circle as a key area where imo OTHERS would head down. A month later we have reach those levels. From here we keep on these probabilities as to what's next. I do think we are heading down slightly too the 100 day monthly EMA

Wave C will break market structure that will lead to panic, then to insane new ATH's.

Alts are sitting near 2022–23 bear market lows, some making new ones. Either most go to zero like people say, or this is where accumulation expands. Hard to know. Watching the S&P, BTC, and ETH closely. Still downside risk, but also possible we range here and chop before higher.

Benching 225 is actually quite elite.
I think every man should make an effort to at some point in their life be able to hit 1-4 plates on the 4 major compound movements.
1 plate OHP
2 plate bench
3 plate squat
4 plate deadlift

Action produces information. If you’re unsure of what to do, just do anything, even if it’s the wrong thing. This will give you information about what you should actually be doing.
Sounds simple on the surface - the hard part is making it part of your every day working process.

@ShmurdaTeamHoe @trader1sz I drew my fib extension from 2015 to the high in ‘21 to the lows of ‘22. I get a lot of reactions from the .786, the .5 and .618. So it made the most sense to me. All that being said it shows $125,790 at the 1.618 level. Guess it just depends where you start charting the levels
