@AlaskaAir here we are again, landed 20 minutes early on Alaska flight AS372 At midnight and there is a plane at the gate and we have to wait on the jetway. Alaska it’s midnight let us go home! You know there isn’t a flight taking off after midnight!
@AlaskaAir Is it not possible to manually void five figures of pending charges made by one of your agents on my credit card? Seems simple to do rather than make me wait 5 days for them to fall off, as I would think Alaska wouldn't try to borrow against my credit for free?
@AlaskaAir your website and app (which, shabbily, just load a web experience) aren't allowing changes to flights. And your phone bot disconnects when I try to call. Get your shit together.
@AlaskaAir Undebievalbe terrible experience. Pay for first class ticket and they give me seat up. They had to move someone off of standby that was on the plane to give me a seat. The last seat on the plane. They said I did. It check in yet the second leg of my trip I was checked in
