1/2 I'm so angry with @DimplexUK 2013 I had 2 Dimplex DuoHeat Rads installed for £2k. Nov 2020 they stopped working. Dimplex told me they'd discontinued making them & no longer supplied parts. I was told "get an electrician in" @fergalleamy

2/2 I've had 2 very cold winters. I've cashed in some of my pension to get one heater replaced & the other temp fixed for a further £2k. I'm sick of companies like @DimplexUK abusing the fact that they dominate the market & couldn't care less about people like me. #shameonyou

@DimplexUK my wireless hub won’t connect to my two Quantum storage heaters (even after reset) and one storage heater blows out room temp air. Though doesn’t really blow as the fan doesn’t appear to work when I boost. Can you help?

@DimplexUK Cont ....then turn up output (eg 6) in pm for the boost. Why would permantly setting output to 3 as instucted give evening boost ? Mum‘s bills are huge and she is freezing in the evening. Do you have special care team for vulnerable as mum really wants to speak on phone?

@DimplexUK Since May 2021 I have tried to get someone to service my two Dimplex fireplaces in san diego. Magically they can be fixed under warranty but if you just want to pay to have an older unit serviced which is what sometimes happens with appliances, there is no one. Do not buy one!!!
