1. Land speculation funds every leftist organization, academic advisory board, political campaign and media company.
AND
2. When one considers the land issue, individual freedom no longer looks like society's big problem.

The irony is you'd think the left would embrace radical fiscal reform (LVT) that would redistribute wealth naturally and fairly, end poverty, homelessness, create sustainable abundance for all, and yet they are the most resistant because it doesn't conform with socialist dogma.
