@JustTheTweets17 The fact that UVU started construction right away is another red flag. Police sometimes go to the scene days after and find things they missed. In this case was imposible because the assassination scene was covered with concrete.

I think the lack of an exit wound and only a fragment of something unable to be connected to the gun just may mean Charlie was killed by something else, otherwise where are the remaining bullet fragments? He had no exit wound...so how does that magic work?
