@snapchatsupport but this activity may have been mistakenly identified as spam. I had no intention of violating Snapchat’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. I believe this is a misunderstanding caused by the sudden increase in activity on my account.

@snapchatsupport Hello, I am contacting you regarding the permanent suspension of my account (@Dropfou). I posted a promotional flyer for clothing sales, which resulted in a large number of friend requests and messages from other users. I simply responded to the people who contacted me.

@SnapchatSupport My account (@Dropfou) was permanently banned after a clothing promo post generated many messages. I was only responding to users. I believe this was a misunderstanding and kindly request a review.
