New effects for mech construction

@crybaton Hey, this one will not as we're carrying on VR testing internally to make sure it's polished enough for everyone to enjoy it!

@triarkd It's like our one special weapon in the game, the rest are all real world (or extremely close to real world) weapons. We put it in for a little bit of spice!

@EODdev That's unnecessarily super advanced weapon on a primitive mech. A equal standard of super advanced weapon is a futuristic mech same calibre
