I have never felt more appreciated in nursing like I have in 9 months of community. The team, the management, the patients and their families sending such lovely messages honestly is such a moral boost. I truly feel like I landed on my feet 🥹❤️

I’m very proud & feel incredibly lucky to say that I’ve made the next step in my career. I’m now the Int Matron for Acute Medicine! After 3 fab years in the Site Team I’m looking forward to returning to where it all started & working with some inspirational teams..🙌🏼🌟💜@UHP_NHS

My grandad had a cardiac arrest in the corridor and died. This was not a failure of the amazing team who tried to get him back for us🫶🏼 this is a failure of the system, staffing levels, hospital beds, lack of primary care support preventing discharge. Change needs to happen 💪🏼

My social media is filled of registered nursing associates being funded to top up and become registered nurses and I’m so proud of them all 💙
