@jankittoe I actually agree with the article. If there are regular 1:1 conversations happening between manager and employee, then the manager already should know how the employee views their performance. What brings more value to the annual review are peer and customer feedback.

@StephenKing @gorman_forrest I’m from Amsterdam and this afternoon my boss and I were discussing Trump. He made some pro Trump comments and I presented him the facts. He said; but what about.... I was so fucking mad, we were actually screaming. How you guys manage to survive this shit... a miracle.
