Found something HUGE and historical for our fellow Fartcoin holders. $Fartcoin is a huge meme now, and Yokai Capital owns 2.5% of it as you are all aware. but the OG Fartcoin already had a dog, and her name was Katy. I was looking through this old GitHub repo for the original Fartcoin project, forked from Dogecoin, and in the README there's a question: “Who is that dog?” The answer from the project is: “That is our Shih Tzu named $Katy.” That means the original Fartcoin already had its own real dog in the lore years ago. Not something made up later by CT, not a mascot invented after the meme got big, but an actual dog written into the project itself. The whole thing makes it even better because this repo was a real build. Old code, home-run servers, tiny community, a developer grinding on a Fartcoin fork long before Fartcoin became the giant meme it is today.
