Buy one tie get one free. Great! Only one tie was shipped, the other was out of stock. Customer service told me that a tie would be shipped, but eventually got an email stating that I would be refunded. How do you refund a buy one get one free item? @ExpressHelp

@ExpressHelp can you help. I just returned items at a store from m online. I had the bounce back coupon in my bag. I asked the cashier for it back and was told “you didn’t earn it” i want to place an order but i dont find it fair that I lost my coupon cause of sizes
