Really happy Lorenzo Bernasconi is breaking through at Atalanta. I found him earlier this summer playing for the U23 team in Serie C and couldn't believe he wasn't with the seniors.
Really nice player. So technically strong, can operate in a variety of spaces, springy.

Mental game. Portugal come from 2-0 down to win 3-2 in 95’ & are in the U17 Euros final. Serbia were excellent, but invited way too much pressure when closing out the game. Milosavljevic, Kostov, Rankovic & Cvetkovic all very impressive for Serbia. Quenda & Mora for Portugal.

Magassa, so good. Has everything you want from a top DM. The only issue is positioning, such a strong step-out defender that he lets his man free too easily. But in terms of qualities, he has it all.
Can genuinely play at the top if he refines that weakness.

I genuinely can’t fathom how no club has picked up Franco Mastantuono yet, especially with how heavy requirement in South America is. This is easily one of the best talents I’ve ever seen. Just has everything you’d want in a #10. He’s even got a physical edge that you often don’t get from nifty AMs. Then everything on top: technical ability, creativity, IQ, ball-striking… I could go on for days.

No clue why clubs waited until 18 to pull the trigger on him. Unbelievable talent.

Mastantuono is THAT natural footballer. Picks up pockets effortlessly, incredible touch, dribbles flow so easily, excellent ball control, actually got quite a good physique & his ball-striking is so good. All of that & he’s 16… MENTAL.

He’s recently turned 26, so not a young talent, but Julius Eskesen is a really good midfielder. Very technically gifted, high IQ, smooth on the ball and gets stuck in defensively.
