The shooter in that March 2024 Seattle video is Rickesha Denise Overton. She was charged with first-degree murder and second-degree assault for killing 20-year-old Alisia Decoteau (her friend) by marching her at gunpoint into an alley and shooting her multiple times. The case was dismissed on Nov 13, 2025, after she was ruled incompetent to stand trial. She's currently held at Western State Hospital under civil commitment. Prosecutors could refile if she's restored to competency.
