Pennsylvania: like New York, unforgivably bad flag. The Keystone design is already gaining traction and it would be fine, though I do like the flags that also incorporate the liberty bell or its ridiculously pretentious horses

In celebration of the it's 328th birthday (The oldest settlement in Latvia), a new and coat of arms flag has been granted to Grobiņa. The flag show a crane with signifying vigilance on a white and red background.
