Not to mention Eyja being the top single target caster for years until Logos properly challenged her title for that

arknights "powercreep" is sideways in design and i think thats fun. silveralter lets you deploy instantly, but thats no different from waiting a few seconds to put an op anyways. pramalter can freeze the bbox, or you could just put a defender in front.
