FHS MUN has always been focused on learning about human rights abuses abroad. This moment highlights the need for all of us to examine the lack of human rights afforded to POC at home. As always, injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.

Freedom MUN on the rise. We were able to win Best Large Delegation At ChampeMUN I!!

Congrats to all of our delegates who placed at VAMUN! Kaise D.: 2nd Matt W. and Vinay V.: 2nd Ishan D.: 3rd Aayusha and Emma: 4th Apurva and Annika: 4th Kaise, Matt, and Vinay’s success marks Freedom’s first top two finishes at a regional conference!

Great job to all 30 delegates who competed against some stiff competition at our regional conference at UVA! Thank you VAMUN for hosting a well-run conference.

And a super special congratulations to our USG Ishan Datey for gaveling (1st place) at McMUNC. We are on a roll people.
