We made the thinnest perovskite solar cells! 💠🔆 By controlling the perovskite growth, we made ultra-thin, semitransparent solar cells with 10 nm thick perovskites that reach a Voc of 1.08 V, a FF of 80% and an AVT of 54.2%. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.10…

New paper on how to interpret small-signal measurements in halide perovskite solar cells: onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.10… The idea is to find the (at least) two time constants contained in the data and then to use them to quantify both recombination and extraction times. @fz_juelich
