@patrick_thorpe @AerLingus Good luck! I waited 1hr40, then 25 more mins of back & forth/hold with a colleague who was genuinely trying to help, the call was cut. His computer kept glitching. 😞 Tried WhatsApp at 7.30am, no reply yet. Had to pay for a new flight because everything was selling out 😔
