@sgsdean Aimee Surprenant closed #GPP2023 with a hopeful charge for the future There are a few very loud bad actors who have created strife and reasons for pessimism in the world But there are enough good people to drown them out and make a difference Go make some noise

The #GPP2023 Global Seminar concluded with key takeaways from participants Some spoke about encountering new perspectives and ways of thinking Others about adopting unique structures and practices And everyone shared appreciation for the special community they made on the trip

3rd symposium at the #GPP2023 Global Seminar was Perspectives on Outreach, Scholarship, and Development Participants highlight the need for a balanced, learner-centered approach to teaching and research And to promote exploration and inquiry beyond the walls of the university

Up next was the #GPP2023 symposium "Perspectives on Structures, Programs, and Instruction" Participants point out the need for universities to invest in innovations in teaching & research and broader societal interests What structural supports have been useful in your work?

#GPP2023 made the most of their weekend in Ticino On Saturday we visited the @UNESCO world heritage site at Bellinzona and explored the area On Sunday we had lunch and a hike at the top of Monte Generoso Smiles and fun times all around!
