So, a nasty sinus infection came with alarming high blood pressure readings. Sick of feeling sorry for myself, I dragged my ass into the gym, did a spin class, punched the heavy bag, steam, and jacuzzi. Result: 30 pt drop in blood pressure. More movement less doctors!
