@civo05 Uncommon, but Yes, post op - injury to the lung - subq emphysema noted postoperatively and treated conservatively. Over 24 hrs- worsened, pt felt unwell, developed hoarseness and SOB. Intubated with a bronch - clear evidence of airway compression.
