@RTWBarefoot I flip them to make sure the white is cooked but not for long as I like a runny yolk. No idea what this is called other than a fried egg.

I am confused at everyone here. I'm British & I...it's just a fried egg to me, that's all. I get what I get. But. When I'm cooking them myself I flip them. I like my yolks hard. All the Brits in the replies are going 'why would you flip them' & I'm thinking 'why would you not?'
