Update from Whitegate refinery in Cork. Protestors have been baton charged and pepper sprayed by members of the public order unit. This is an absolutely unacceptable use of force and a disgraceful escalation by this anti-Irish regime.

I was down in Kilrane today, supporting their fuel protest. I had great conversations with many people, and the consensus is that the government hasn’t got a clue. These protests are incredibly important for our country. The Irish government are fleecing the working men and women in this country. I ask anyone who is in a position to help these people in any way possible!

STATEMENT: The National Party utterly rejects the use of the Irish Defence Forces against peaceful Irish protesters. These are our own people; farmers, truckers, workers, parents and small business owners crushed by energy costs, mass immigration and a government that has lost touch with the nation.
