@Carlsoda21 It was 1:1 brother look it up. $36 AMC common turned into $18 common, and $18 AMC. For every 1 share of AMC Common stock, shareholders received 1 APE share at issuance. Then they dropped AMC 70% and AA diluted APE 99.9% WITH VOTING RIGHTS.
