And we’re fed that story - that CofE-labelled state schools are a good thing - because they provide moral guidance?
A third of taxpayer-funded primary schools are CofE. To be clear - the church doesn’t fund them - it just gets, via historical baggage, to interfere with the curriculum.

Further fracturing European stability is obviously a Putin dream & a long-term tragedy but what should Starmer do in the short term if it enhances the U.K.’s position? I wish more of our media was mature enough to understand & explore this stuff. There will be a lot more of it.

I can confirm from a Trump source that a special US deal for UK is under consideration. Trump feels that neither Tory nor Labour governments have made anything of Brexit. No Singapore in the Atlantic etc. So he will set a test, pulling UK further from EU alignment. Over to you, Keir!
