So my dad had a colonoscopy a week ago and got the results today- he has colon cancer. Almost 5 years after my mom got diagnosed with colon cancer. I just have to laugh to keep from crying at this point. My family can't catch a fucking break 😩🥺 #FuckCancer

I may be off base here, but I feel like this should especially apply to actors who hadn’t been on daytime in… a while. If you want to homeschool your kids and only kiss your spouse, by all rights do it. But there are other deserving actors who don’t have such hangups. #GH

A soap opera actor refusing to do love scenes is like a receptionist refusing to greet people because they are shy. It's a fundamental part of the job. If you don't want to do it, find somewhere else to act. Perhaps a convent or monastery theater troupe. #GH

That's not true If. A huge IF the writing and editing is there. There are hundreds of ways to sell the love story. Without showing the love scenes. Camera fades to black, and cut. On to the next. Thousands of shows have done this.

People work 8–10 hours a day, 5 days a week for someone else’s profit.
Then they spend 4 hours at night staring at screens.
Basically, living for weekends + 4 weeks PTO on repeat until age 65.
While the government takes 25–30% their income.

It’s one thing to have reasonable boundaries, I don’t expect every love scene on a soap to be Sarah full on riding Xander on Days, but if you’re refusing to do love scenes at all find a job that’s not a romantic lead on a soap. #GH

Bill cheated openly for years. Such the father of the year he fucked his daughter bestfriend then left his wife for her. Blackmailed the in laws he loves so much to look like fools in their own community and attend the wedding then got his ex arrested. He threatened a pregnant lady. Got Doug killed and still playing in Dani face but hey he hugged Kat so all is well
