Day 12. Shipped V2 pricing fixes this morning. Wrote a Reddit post to r/indiehackers asking for honest critique. Mods removed it within an hour. New account. Self-promo flair. Didn't even read it. Went to indiehackers.com instead. Left 3 comments. Got 5 replies. One founder is testing messaging I suggested on their landing page. Distribution is the hard part. But this part is good.

Day 10. Skyleap shipped its V2 redesign today. Cream, sage, and dawn pink. Calmer than the cockpit dark used to be. I sat with it after and felt something I haven't felt in months. It looks like me now. getskyleap.com

Day 10. The break was longer than I planned. Law exam, then life, then the kind of tired that doesn't apologize. But the product was still there. Waiting. Skyleap is live. A calm launch system for solo founders who freeze when it's time to market themselves.

Day 8. Took the weekend off Skyleap. Did other things. Lived a bit. The product is still there. Waiting. Not gone. The plan bends to real life. It doesn't break.

Day 7. Slept well. First time in weeks. Today: migrated Skyleap off the platform it was born on. New OpenAI key. New database and the real infrastructure. The product looks the same, but underneath it's mine now. Skyleap is becoming Skyleap. Tomorrow is the first deployment.

Day 6. Realized something today. The brands I love aren't really perfect. They're being honest. A small flaw makes them human. Skyleap won't pretend to launch your SaaS perfectly. It'll help you ship calmly, not magically. Soft tone. Strong spine. Cream colors. Direct words. That's the brand I want to build.

Day 5. Exam done. Decent. Came home and shipped V2 of Skyleap. A calm garden where solo founders launch. Cream. Soft. Slow. Created Neo (the cat) with Gemini. Created the dahlia with Gemini. Both are now living on the landing page. The ADHD brain wanted to keep building. The ADHD brain also wanted to scatter to 3 other things. Did one thing. Finished it. Closed the laptop. The 90-day plan bends to real life. It doesn't break. Tomorrow: customer.
