@LloydsBank They kept informing me I was inputting incorrect info. I've had the accout for nearly 3 decades, I think I know my details. @MartinSLewis An example of shocking customer service. Inability to access my bank account personally to transfer money, online, mobile or by telephone.

@LloydsBank They haven't given any info on who the assigned Manager is. Awful customer sercive. The Manaher hasn't made contact to so much as introduce themself and attempt to reassure etc. I've been a customer since I was 16. I'm 45 now!. They have just left me cut off in the dark to worry.

@LloydsBank Nobody has contacted me despite being assigned a complaints Manager. I keep ringing up for updates but I still have no way to access my account. They said they have up to 8 weeks. A Manager, managed to make two transactions but havent instructed me moving forwards. I'm disgusted.

Never managed to get tickets after 15 hours. Got suspended for apparently being a bot. Spent all these years speaking about, wishing and preying for a reunion... to have missed it all with no possibility of being selected for any drwer xx 😭 @liamgallagher @NoelGallagher @oasis
