@JamieJDW Happy to show you our e-Res software, allows you to take deposits and/or just card details. If only card details, these can be charged at a later date if required for a no-show charge. If customers are serious about turning up, they don’t mind giving a card to secure the booking.

Worst Father’s Day we’ve ever had in the pubs. 27 last minute cancellations/no shows at the Rose. Which makes a total of 59 since Friday night. We’ve talked a lot about taking deposits but it’s 2 small independent pubs and we didn’t want to be that guy, but what choice do I have?
