@LissaKEvans I loved this and all his novels, but his Black Swan Green is up there in my Top 10 books ever, and I read a LOT.

Just finished this. One word: terrific. Another word: dazzling. Some more words: it plunged me into a time and place about which I knew nothing, and kept me there, riveted. Huzzah!
