Kosher labels do not guarantee that the product is healthy though but it increases the odds. Kosher items can still contain processed items and bioengineered ingredients. It's like everything else. Truth mixed in with lies. Use discernment. Your best bet is still buying local or growing your own food but if you aren't in a position to do that, look for kosher and go from there.
