Proud of how far the Ducks fanbase has come
I know we don’t want to acknowledge it, but I went to those 2010s playoff runs and there were gaps of seats wide open in Honda Center
Every game was a sellout round 1 and the energy felt so much more vibrant

Far 91.3a clearly defines who is/was responsible for the safe / legal operation of a plane.
Hint: its NOT the owner / passengers / estate.
They give you 4 stripes explicitly for that responsibility.
This is an attorney based money grab.

Just finished @jeff_gluck’s article about the Estates of the Duttons (the pilots) in the Biffle crash, filing lawsuits against Greg Biffle’s estate. I would expect that the Biffle Estate will counter sue asserting negligence by the pilots. As the plane was owned by an LLC, I would also anticipate that one of the defenses will be that the LLC rather than the Biffle Estate is the entity that needs to be sued. I would expect that both the LLC and the Duttons carried insurance and that is ultimately where any recovery would come from. It is also not surprising that Greg’s daughter’s mother filed notice in the probate of the estate that she may file a claim on behalf of Emma’s estate. Last time the Ducks were in the playoffs, I was a freshman in college, now I’m 28, moved across the country, and gotten married. Feels so good. I love this team.
