@honest_math @FiSurgi @CurtisNRay I had always known that as not being allowed but it was hard for insurance companies to police since cash is fungible once you borrow. I know there were issues in how policies calculated interest vs the loan. Surprised to hear that Omaha allowed the borrowing

We've had terrible luck recently trying to communicate with @curtisnray. Each time we enter the chat, his Twitter account goes silent.

Chatting with actuaries over the past few weeks, we can say with confidence:
MPI is broadly despised and considered reckless—major insurance carriers will terminate agents attempting the strategy.
The initial assumptions we used at Curtis’ request are much too generous to MPI.

Eh, overall improvement yes but when you start 5-2, you are expected to make the playoffs as you can go 4-4 (just .500!) over the rest of the season and still get in.
Positive, sure, but would feel like a consolation prize of $10,000 when you were 1 question from $250,000.

As you usually are what your record is in the end and if Arizona does lose to the Rams next week it’ll be the 4th time they have had a .500 record and it feels like they’ve been kinda that throughout this season.
